Meet Klodjan – Your Boxing Coach

Martial arts have always been a true passion of mine. Alongside boxing, which I’ve been practicing for nearly 10 years with experience in several amateur fights, I’ve also trained in other martial arts disciplines, embracing a complete vision of what it means to be a fighter.

Over the years, I discovered that coaching is my true calling. I help people learn and enjoy boxing by focusing on strong fundamentals, attention to detail, proper technique, and body awareness.

I believe everyone’s journey is unique, and that boxing can be a powerful tool for personal growth, discipline, and confidence, both inside and outside the ring.

My goal is to share the knowledge and passion I’ve gained over the years, and to help people reach their full potential through boxing.

Class Details

  • Schedule: Every Thursday, 19:00 – 19:55
  • Coach: Klodjan (Boxing coach & athlete)
  • Level: Open to all levels – beginners welcome (adults and teens from 16 years old)
  • Equipment: Boxing gloves required (loan equipment available or bring your own)

Boxing class

How Our Classes Work

Each boxing class lasts 55 minutes and follows a structured flow designed to help you learn, train safely, and stay motivated.

Warm-up

We start with cardio and mobility exercises — such as jump rope, shadow boxing, and footwork drills. This gets your body ready and helps prevent injuries.

Technical drills

Step by step, you’ll learn and refine the fundamentals of boxing: stance, guard, punches, defense, and movement. Clear explanations and attention to detail make progress accessible for everyone.

Partner practice

Working in pairs allows you to apply techniques in a realistic but safe way. You’ll develop timing, distance, and coordination while building confidence.

Pad work & conditioning

With pads or heavy bags, you’ll practice combinations at higher intensity, boosting your strength, endurance, and explosiveness.

Cool down & stretching

We finish together with recovery exercises and stretching — so your body adapts, prevents soreness, and stays ready for the next session.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or already have experience, our classes are structured to challenge you at your level and support continuous progress.
